Our short-term Recovery Care assistance delivers comprehensive care by licensed and certified therapists and medical personnel.

Designed to help bridge the transition from hospital to home, this care focuses on restoring physical ability and independence quickly and comfortably. Individual treatment plans are customized to both abilities and goals, in consultation with your personal physician and family.
