We know that moving is a big decision. That is why ECS established the New Neighbor Club. It lets you get to know our communities and your future neighbors before you move.

Membership has its Benefits.

Joining the New Neighbor Club secures your spot on our waiting list. It means you have a place in line until you are ready to move into your new home.

Becoming a member:

• Timestamps your place in line.
• Allows you to target a residence type, or style.
• Gives you the option to target an individual residence number or location.

Additional perks:

• Able to attend on-site, in-person Creative Living events. (per Covid allowance)
• Bi-monthly Lunch or Dinner Coupon for four. (per Covid allowance)
• Seasonal Gifts
• Monthly newsletters
• Quarterly Mix and Mingle Event Invitation. (Currently via Zoom, per Covid)

The cost of your commitment is just $1,000 and is applied to your first month* once you have moved in.
