Our Mission

The Canterbury is part of the ECS family of communities, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing services for seniors in Southern California since 1923. Our experience, discipline, and transparency provide a foundation of stability for all who call our community home. This commitment has become our mission, shaping the work we do, so:
